Losing the last 10 pounds has been a great struggle for me. It’s not that much weight and I know eventually I will lose it but of course, I wish it was gone a long time ago. It’s hard to stay focused on your weight loss goals when you’re a mom. We have so many responsibilities. We tend to put others needs before our own. But sometimes, we need to focus on ourselves. We need to do something for ourselves and put our mental and physical health first. After all, we do deserve it! =)
